Our guesthouse is a small, personally run business. For this reason, cancellations of a confirmed booking have a significant impact on our operations.

Your booking is binding once you receive our booking confirmation. We reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees if a booking is cancelled:

• up to 60 days before arrival: 5%
• 59 to 32 days before arrival: 25%
• 31 to 22 days before arrival: 30%
• 21 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
• 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70%
• 7 to 4 days before arrival: 85%
• from 3 days before arrival, or in case of no-show on the agreed date: 90% of the travel price.
  
  

In the event of a cancellation, we immediately release the room in question and do our best to relet it promptly. If we succeed, you will not incur any costs.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
